Job summary

Lenovo Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Officer to support quotation/pricing requests, manage priorities with multiple stakeholders and help drive process improvements.

You will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have 3+ years in inside sales or sales operations, and be able to work 7am–3:30pm or 6am–2:30pm to align with Australia and New Zealand customers. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce, D365) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in inside sales or sales operations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports quotation/pricing requests and manages priorities with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactively monitors quality, accuracy and process consistency in sales operations planning.
• Develops and maintains internal support processes for sellers and partners (OVP reporting, custom builds).
• Coordinates planning activities with other functions and conducts deep dives to derive actionable strategies.
