Job summary

ByteBridge in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing, data management, and cross‑functional coordination with Finance, Engineering, Procurement and Logistics.

You will handle vendor communications, update CRM/ERP records, and help reports and insights to drive efficiency in a fast‑paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with Odoo is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.
• Manage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on procurement and delivery timelines.
• Understand and follow internal guidelines and operational processes while processing orders.
• Support multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Manage order status updates and proactively inform customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross‑functional coordination with Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and operational documentation.
• Ensure CRM/ERP systems are updated with accurate and timely information.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and resolve issues promptly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support reporting and operational tracking when required.
