You will work with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and authorities to handle shipments professionally.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, with fresh graduates or 1–5 years in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor vessel and flight arrivals and provide updates to customers.
• Arrange customs clearance and coordinate with brokers.
• Arrange trucking, container collection and cargo delivery.
• Monitor container release, port clearance and delivery status.
• Handle export shipment bookings with shipping lines and airlines.
• Coordinate cargo collection, trucking and warehouse arrangements.
• Monitor cargo receiving, container loading and vessel departure schedules.
• Prepare and check export shipping documents (SI, BL and other documents).
• Coordinate customs declaration and export clearance.

As an Operations Officer - Import & Export, you will coordinate and manage daily import and export shipments from the company's Selangor, Malaysia operations, ensuring smooth cargo movement, timely documentation, customs clearance and delivery arrangements. You will work closely with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents and customs authorities to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

Monitor vessel and flight arrivals and provide timely updates to customers.

Arrange customs clearance and coordinate with customs brokers.

Arrange trucking, container collection and cargo delivery.

Monitor container release, port clearance and delivery status.

Handle export shipment bookings with shipping lines and airlines.

Coordinate cargo collection, trucking and warehouse arrangements.

Monitor cargo receiving, container loading and vessel departure schedules.

Prepare and check export shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading (BL) and other relevant documents.

Coordinate customs declaration and export clearance.

What we're looking for

Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
