Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and payroll processes.

You will handle inquiries, ensure accurate HR records, support audits, and utilize Qualtrics for surveys to drive engagement across functions and locations.

Immediate hiring requires 4–5 years HR experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to support multiple countries or business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 4–5 years HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of payroll and employee benefits.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or functions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and adaptable.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools including Qualtrics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, leave and offboarding.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll vendors.
• Handle employee and manager queries and HR operational matters.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Prepare reports and support audits and process improvements.
• Manage employee surveys using Qualtrics, including setup, launch, dashboards and reporting.
