Job summary

Doo Group is a global financial services group seeking a qualified HR Operations professional to manage employment pass processes, onboarding, and payroll coordination in Malaysia. You will ensure data integrity, respond to employee inquiries, and help streamline HR workflows to support our expanding team.

With 3–6 years of HR operations experience and a degree in HR or business, you will work closely with global teams, maintain HRIS records, and uphold compliance with Malaysian regulations,

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3–6 years of HR operations or HR administration experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in Malaysia is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Demonstrates discretion in handling confidential employee information and sensitive HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in Malaysia, ensuring timely processing and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee transfers and changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and HR reports to ensure data integrity and proper documentation.
• Administer payroll coordination, employee benefits, and leave management.
• Handle employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters, providing timely and effective support.
• Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and applicable Malaysian employment regulations.
• Review and streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
