Job summary

Woh Hup Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to manage day-to-day HR services across the organization in Malaysia. You will oversee onboarding, data management, payroll processing and dashboards for leadership, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant HR support.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR operations or shared services, with strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field.
5–8 years in HR operations, payroll or shared services, preferably in project-based environments.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and Employment Act.
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR operations delivery including shared services and payroll.
Maintain HR SOPs and process controls for audit-ready service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and HR systems utilization.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions, claims and benefits administration.
Ensure payroll compliance with Malaysian laws and tax regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR operations dashboards for leadership.
