Job summary

Alcon in Malaysia is seeking an Associate I, Master Data Management to be the first point of contact for HR topics. You will maintain employee data across Workday and BOX, ensure data accuracy, and support onboarding and lifecycle changes while upholding confidentiality. Collaboration with global teams is key to success.

The role offers growth through documentation, SOPs, and process improvements in a diverse, global HR function.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR Shared Services experience
• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day HR tickets globally via Workday and Service Now ensuring timely updates
• Act as first point of contact for questions from associates and managers
• Process HR lifecycle changes including onboarding, employment verifications, and data changes
• E-file associates records in BOX repository
• Support creation of SOPs, policies, and guidelines
• Handle client requests with polite, detailed responses
• Build relationships and collaborate within teams to support associates
