Job summary

Alcon in Malaysia is seeking an Associate, Human Resources to deliver comprehensive HR services, support policy implementation, and coach leaders. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, and foreign workforce processes. You will collaborate with HR COEs and engage with government bodies to ensure compliant HR operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), and bilingual skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with strong learning agility and willingness to learn.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site HR Manager to deliver HR services and ad hoc projects.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Support onboarding, policy interpretation, and employee initiatives.
• Coordinate foreign workforce processes and government relations.
