CEVA Logistics is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join the Human Resources team in Malaysia. The role focuses on HR operations, employee data management, onboarding, and insurance/enrolment administration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available to commence the internship in November 2026.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Validate, maintain, and update employee information in MyHR/HRIS.
• Review employee records for accuracy and completeness.
• Support onboarding activities and HR documentation processes.
• Assist with data cleansing and HR audits.
• Update employee insurance and medical enrolment records bi‑weekly.
• Coordinate with HR team to address missing or incorrect data.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Perform general administrative duties like filing and document management.
