Job summary

Critical Manufacturing is seeking self-motivated interns to support Human Resources Management and Office Administration in Penang, Malaysia. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and event planning while helping to maintain a productive work culture.

This role requires ongoing coursework toward a Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business/Administration and at least 5 months of internship duration.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic productivity software and skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes and interviewing coordination.
• Build a talent pool and pipeline via social media and external parties.
• Assist in induction/orientation programs for new employees; monitor HR records.
• Plan and arrange company events and Team Building activities; help implement policies.
• Assist in identifying training needs and fostering a welcoming work culture.
• Handle office asset management, documentation, and ad hoc tasks.
