Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a full-time HR Data Administration/Shared Services professional to develop and administer HR processes, data, and reporting in a high-volume environment. The role supports HR Partners and employees and contributes to service quality and KPI achievement.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree, with HR certification preferred, and about 3 years of experience in an HR Shared Service Centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; HR certification preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes by setting delivery and quality standards.
• Check for patterns of errors and rectify or escalate complex issues.
• Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to HR services.
• Maintain reports and data related to HR service per standards and guidelines.
• Gather inputs from HR Partners and employees on services rendered or needed; relay to Supervisor.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and HR Business Partners to assist in issue resolution.
• Support in meeting KPIs and service levels.
