Job summary

Infosys in Malaysia seeks an HR Shared Services professional to act as the first escalation point for HR queries and to maintain employee records in a centralized hub. You will coordinate HR projects, audits, meetings and training, while managing end-to-end employee life cycle from hire to termination.

Requirements include 1-2 years in a shared services HR role, proficiency in Workday and SAP, and strong English communication. A Bachelor’s or higher degree and HRIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 1-2 years in a shared services HR function, preferably Total Rewards.
• Familiar with HRIS and HR processes.
• Proficient in Workday and SAP.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for escalated HR queries from employees and partners.
• Organise and maintain employee records in HR Shared Services hub.
• Coordinate administration for HR projects and participate in HR audits.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
• Manage employee life cycle from hire to termination and related documents.
• Process job changes and promotions in Workday and ensure accuracy in HRIS.
• Review job requisitions submitted by hiring managers for accuracy.
• Propose internal parity and market data during offer proposals.
• Ensure remuneration is within Total Rewards guidelines and approved by Head of HR.
• Respond to Total Rewards inquiries via case management system.
• Liaise with Country HRBP for BU confirmation.
• Support Process Specialist & Team Lead as required.
