Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a full-time HR Data Administration/Shared Services professional to develop and administer HR processes, data, and reporting in a high-volume environment. The role supports HR Partners and employees and contributes to service quality and KPI achievement.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree, with HR certification preferred, and about 3 years of experience in an HR Shared Service Centre.

• Approximately 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes by setting delivery and quality standards.
• Check for patterns of errors and rectify or escalate complex issues.
• Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to HR services.
• Maintain reports and data related to HR service per standards and guidelines.
• Gather inputs from HR Partners and employees on services rendered or needed; relay to Supervisor.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and HR Business Partners to assist in issue resolution.
• Support in meeting KPIs and service levels.

Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL Group working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing, and other services.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Support to develop and administer HR Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets.

• Administer assigned Employee Data Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery / quality standards and timelines.
• Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escape complex issues for resolution.
• Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service.
• Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per standards and guidelines.
• Gather inputs and feedback from HR Partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor.
• Maintain an effective relationship with vendors and HR Business Partners to assist in issue resolution.
• Support in meeting KPIs and service levels.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• HR certification preferred

Experience Level:

• Possess approximately 3 years of experience in similar field, preferably in an HR Shared Service Centre.
• Exposure to relevant key aspects of HR processes.
• Able to handle high volume of work and adapt to changes.
• Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships.
