Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in strategic growth, business development or partnership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the global Islamic financial services industry.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets and customer segments.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Identify, negotiate and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology providers, educational institutions, industry associations.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success and growth.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and market share.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide strategic direction to the growth and partnerships teams and build, mentor and manage a high-performing team of professionals.
• Develop and manage budgets for the growth and strategic partnership division initiatives.
• Reports directly to the CEO and works with Management Committee.
