VT Markets, a global CFD broker, seeks a Business Development Manager in Malaysia to identify new leads and expand the broker/partner network. You will work with regional marketing and client relations to grow the business and enhance partner satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CFD business development, strong IB/partner relationships, and a diploma or degree. You will use CRM tools and Excel to analyze data and craft compelling sales pitches.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in CFD business development.
• Strong network of Introducing Brokers and partners.
• Diploma or degree in any field.

Mansioni

• Identify new leads for expansion and develop growth strategies.
• Maintain and expand relationships with IBs and partners; manage portfolio growth.
• Conduct competitor analysis to spot opportunities for growth.
• Resolve issues for partners in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build a healthy pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
