GWAN SENG SUPPLY CHAIN (M) SDN BHD in Penang is seeking an Import & Export Sales Executive to drive new business and manage relationships with customers in the Perai area. You will promote sea freight, import/export and customs clearance services while achieving sales targets.

The role requires ability to develop accounts, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with shipping lines and agents. A commission of 30% on profit is offered along with standard benefits.

Formación

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics or Customs Clearance.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Able to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customers and maintain relationships.
• Promote sea freight import/export services.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and close sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop accounts.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses and internal teams.
• Follow up on shipment status and assist customers with issues.
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
