Job summary

Wowl Inc. is seeking a Freight Control Analyst to join our Booking Team in Malaysia. You will oversee end-to-end coordination of shipments across trade lanes, ensuring bookings, confirmations, and documentation are accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least 3 years in freight forwarding or logistics, with strong communication and English proficiency and experience with booking systems or logistics platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree (any related field).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with international, cross-regional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with booking systems or logistics platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inbound and outbound shipment bookings on a global scale.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across countries and time zones.
• Process and verify booking confirmations, documentation, and shipment data.
• Follow up on booking status, sailing schedules, and exceptions to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate records within booking and tracking systems.
• Support continuous improvement of booking processes and cross-regional collaboration.
