Job summary

BD is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will manage shipment tracking, escalation handling, and freight cost support to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with regional teams, use analytical reporting tools like Excel and Power BI, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across ocean, air and road freight networks.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 2–3 years in supply chain operations, logistics or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and monitor milestones for critical orders.
• Escalate delays and drive root cause analyses with sites and providers.
• Coordinate freight cost, claims, and documentation with internal teams.
• Collaborate with regional logistics, procurement, and planning teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on shipment performance.
