The Adecco Group is seeking a hands-on Software Installation Engineer to support software installations, system upgrades, and technical troubleshooting for a global medical technology company. The role involves deploying software in customer environments and assessing IT readiness across regional sites.

Key responsibilities include installations, upgrades, configurations, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer acceptance testing.

Qualificações

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, software implementation or field service engineering.
Hands-on with Windows Server including AD, DNS and DHCP.
Proficient in virtualization such as VMware/Hyper-V.
Strong English communication and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

Perform software installations, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting in physical and virtual environments.
Review customer IT infrastructure and project requirements to ensure installation readiness.
Troubleshoot OS, virtualization, networking and system software issues.
Collaborate with project management, hardware installation and software support teams.
Maintain installation records, inventories and technical documentation.
Conduct customer acceptance testing and demonstrate system functionality.
Follow quality, safety and escalation procedures.
Provide technical guidance to colleagues as needed.
Travel internationally to customer sites across ASEAN and Korea as required.
