Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, etc. or equivalent, or 5–8 years in related fields preferred.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server roles.
• Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Citrix or other remote app delivery is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade Varian software on small to medium projects, coordinating with project and technical teams.
• Review scope of work to ensure hardware and software availability.
• Document installation activities to meet Varian quality processes.
• Maintain customer system inventories and update installation records.
• Travel up to 75% across ASEAN and Korea for installations and upgrades.
• Mentor and train new Installation Representatives as needed.
