Job summary

Vision RT is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer – IT & Systems to install, maintain, and support Vision RT solutions across customer sites in the ASEAN region. The role requires extensive travel up to 90% of the time, with occasional non-travel periods for admin tasks and professional development.

You will work on remote and on-site installations, troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive travel across ASEAN region; up to 90% travel time.
• Install, configure, and support Vision RT solutions at customer sites.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Vision RT product portfolio at customer sites.
• Conduct site surveys and assess deployment readiness.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support for software/hardware issues.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance to maximise performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document activities thoroughly.
