Job summary

Whitecrow Research Sdn Bhd is hiring permanent Customer Engineers for Singapore. We seek candidates with an engineering degree and at least 2 years' experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair.

The Installation Team role requires international travel up to 75% with four to eight week assignments. If that level of travel does not suit you, we can consider you for the Field Service Operations team.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required.
At least 2 years' experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair.
Willingness to travel to Singapore up to 75% for Installation Team.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment issues with assistance from Senior Field Service Engineers.
Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers and customers to understand roadmaps and business requirements.
Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
Coordinate and communicate directly with customers and fulfill additional duties as assigned.
