Job summary

Quatek Trading in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a field engineer to install, debug, apply and maintain our products, while delivering hands-on training and technical support to customers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, and at least one year of related experience.

Mandarin speakers will be prioritized; travel and owning a car are expected.

• Install, debug, apply and maintain the company’s products; provide customers with product training and technical support.

Job description

Responsible for planning product applications, and integrated into the system, in order to improve the added value of product sales;

To assist the sales team for product presentation.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, major in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Physics, Semiconductor or equivalent.

Required Languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Over 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, which is better.

Mandarin speaking candidates will be prior considered to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to travel.

Possess own car.

Working location: Penang Malaysia (Will cover Southeast Asia territory)
