Job summary

Whitecrow Research Sdn Bhd is hiring permanent Customer Engineers for Singapore. We seek candidates with an engineering degree and at least 2 years' experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair.

The Installation Team role requires international travel up to 75% with four to eight week assignments. If that level of travel does not suit you, we can consider you for the Field Service Operations team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to Singapore up to 75% for Installation Team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment issues with assistance from Senior Field Service Engineers.
• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers and customers to understand roadmaps and business requirements.
• Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Permanent Customer Engineer opportunities in Singapore

We are hiring for both the Installation Team and Field Service Operations team. We are looking for candidates with an engineering degree and at least 2 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair. The Installation Team role requires willingness to travel internationally for up to 75% of the time. An installation assignment typically lasts four to eight weeks. If that level of travel does not suit you, we can still consider you for the Field Service Operations team.

A face-to-face interview drive is tentatively planned for 17–18 October 2026 in Petaling Jaya. The dates and venue are subject to confirmation.

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues, with assistance from Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers]
• Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] and/or the customer to understand roadmaps, process flows, inflection points, requirements, and business challenges
• Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers]
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers
• Fulfill additional duties, as assigned
