Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Development & Sales Growth leader to develop overseas customers, focusing on contract manufacturers and major electronics brands. You will work with technical teams to tailor equipment solutions, achieve sales targets, and drive regional market expansion while traveling internationally.

Fluency in English and Mandarin and 3+ years of sales in electronics are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; Diploma accepted with relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Experience with electronics manufacturing equipment preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Willing to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and acquire high-value overseas customers, focusing on leading contract manufacturers and internationally recognized electronics brands.
Understand customer requirements for SMT equipment, soldering equipment, and automated production processes.
Partner with customers' technical teams and internal specialists to propose tailored equipment and production solutions.
Support customers in equipment selection, production efficiency optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
Manage distributor partners and regional market expansion efforts.
