Job summary

DayOne in Malaysia (Johor) seeks an experienced Head of Data Centre Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple centres, ensuring uptime and SLA compliance. You will lead a 24/7 technical team, manage maintenance, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in data centre operations, 3–5 years in a managerial role, and strong knowledge of power, cooling and network infrastructure, with certifications such as CDCP/CDCS considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 7-10 years of experience in data centre operations, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, network).
• Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS are highly desirable.
