DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Campus Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity in Johor. You will collaborate with capacity planning, designers, constructors, and operations to ensure seamless deployment and readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in data centre operations, strong project management skills, and certifications like PMP/PRINCE2. Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in data centre operations with focus on capacity planning and integration.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure: servers, networking, storage, cooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity.
• Collaborate with capacity planning to forecast future requirements.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams for seamless integration.
• Develop and execute operational readiness plans including testing and training.
• Implement quality assurance to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
