Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead reliability governance across its Malaysia data centre portfolio, ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable operations. You’ll oversee risk, asset management, incident analysis and continuous improvement, coordinating with OEMs, vendors and internal teams.

You will travel across Southeast Asia to support sites, audits and technical reviews as needed, while driving CAPA/ RCA actions and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or Building Services related field.
• 8–12+ years’ experience in managing critical infrastructure in data centers.
• Strong incident response, RCA/forensic analysis, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability governance across the data centre portfolio.
• Maintain risk registers and drive mitigation, containment, and improvement actions.
• Lead problem management with CAPA and major incident reviews.
• Monitor energy and water performance, applying PDCA for improvement.
• Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, and internal teams on maintenance.
