Teknicast Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. This full-time role is the primary contact for customers worldwide, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

You will manage orders, track shipments, coordinate with internal teams, and strive to maintain optimum service levels. Proficiency in MS Office and M3 ERP, plus English and Malay, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales through forecast and communication with customer.
• Receive, process and follow through customer orders/deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates.
• Provide order status and coordinate with internal teams to meet requirements.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure order fulfilment.
