Job summary

upscale seeks a Client Relationship Manager in Kuala Lumpur to act as the primary contact for Tier 1 accounts, coordinating campaigns and client communications. You will ensure timely updates and collaborate across teams to drive renewals and successful contract management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the main contact for Tier 1/Corporate accounts with timely updates on campaign status.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: monitor, report, and review campaign progress with weekly/monthly updates to management and customers.
• Renewal & Contract Management: engage with existing clients to discuss renewals and manage contracts.
• Sales Lead Verification: perform cold/warm calling to verify leads from marketing campaigns before distribution.
• Client Onboarding Support: onboard new customers and coordinate with internal teams for overseas clients.
• Data Management: accurately record and maintain all campaign and communication data.
