Job summary

Key emphasis includes workforce transformation, leadership development, compliance, EVP, and regional HR operations across multi-country footprints. A strategic, senior HR executive profile is essential.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 5–8 years at Group HR Director/CHRO level.
• Mandatory PLC and/or multinational experience.
• Proven track record in large multi-country HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group HR strategy aligned with plans.
• Lead workforce planning, talent scalability and capability building.
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives (HRIS, analytics, AI).
• Ensure HR frameworks support expansion, M&A, and regional growth.
• Build leadership pipeline and succession planning for senior roles.
• Oversee leadership development and EVP programs.
• Engage with Board on HR metrics, governance and reporting.
