Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an accomplished executive to lead our Shah Alam operations, driving growth, profitability and market expansion. You will shape strategy, oversee governance, and foster a high-performing leadership team across commercial, operations and corporate functions.

The role involves guiding digital transformation, building strategic partnerships, and expanding into international markets while maintaining high standards of governance and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Science or related field.
• Postgraduate or professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 16 years of relevant working experience with senior leadership exposure.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position with accountability for revenue and growth.
• Proven track record in leading and growing a business with commercial accountability.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen to translate market opportunities into outcomes.
• Experience expanding into multiple markets, including international markets.

• Drive overall business performance with accountability for revenue and profitability.
