Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 10–15 years progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• 5+ years in senior Talent Management, L&D or HR leadership.
• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Experience designing leadership development and succession planning programmes.
• Exposure to HRIS and LMS implementations and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement Learning & Development roadmaps and programs.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive performance management frameworks and calibration processes.
• Design career progression and internal mobility programs.
• Establish talent analytics dashboards to guide decisions.
