This senior role oversees day-to-day operations with a strong focus on sustainable growth, profitability and organisational performance.

You will partner with country CEOs and senior leaders to drive revenue growth, improve operational excellence, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, finance, economics or related, with MBA an advantage.
• Experience driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into clear operating plans and performance objectives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with country CEOs / BU Heads to execute market-specific strategies.
• Oversee execution to meet revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, financial results and operational metrics to drive improvements.
