• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or related field.
• Experience: 8–12 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or senior PMO supporting C-suite executives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen and data analysis capabilities.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholders management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor and thought partner to the GMD.
• Liaise between the Executive Committee and external stakeholders.
• Lead executive meetings by capturing actions and providing an overview of executive productivity.
• Drive organizational transformation and culture change initiatives.
• Foster collaborative relationships with enterprise leaders for project coordination.
• Oversee enterprise-level projects from inception to execution.
• Conduct data-driven analysis on potential ventures and investments.
