Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior HR Leader in Shah Alam, Malaysia to shape and steer the people function. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to align talent strategy with business priorities, drive leadership development and build a high-performing culture.

You will lead workforce planning, recruitment, succession, performance and rewards, while ensuring governance and risk management across HR. This is a strategic, enterprise-wide role requiring deep experience and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business/Management/Psychology or related field.
• 16+ years of senior HR/people leadership experience.
• Proven track record in strategic HR, talent management and org development.
• Experience partnering with CEO, senior management and boards.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategy with performance.
• Experience in organisational transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall people strategy, aligning workforce capability, culture and talent with the organisation’s long-term business objectives.
• Lead talent management across workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, performance management, engagement, rewards and leadership development.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on organisation structure, manpower planning, leadership capability and key people decisions.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying, developing and retaining high-potential and critical talent.
• Drive organisational culture, employee engagement and transformation initiatives to build a high-performance and future-ready organisation.
• Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues while ensuring appropriate governance and compliance.
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes and systems to improve effectiveness, consistency and risk management.
• Drive digitalisation, people analytics and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
