Job summary

Kossan International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic professional to support international market development and business growth initiatives.

You will manage distributor relationships, assist with product registrations and launches, and analyze market trends across global markets for strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced international business environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/International Business from a recognised university.
Preferably specialise in Marketing or International Business Development.
Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
Prior experience in sales and customer service with ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

To support the marketing and development activities with International customers in tender participation, product trial and registration of products and samples.
To execute for the achievement of brand objectives such as targets, market share and product mix
To constantly keep track of distributors marketing programs and provide relevant support.
To review sales performance and evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies.
To consistently monitor competitors’ activities and strategies and present findings to superior on monthly basis.
Work with brand and sales processing team members to ensure total integration of marketing plans and effective implementation.
To support coordination work on new products, launch and product improvements.
To prepare sales reports for each territory performance for review.
To provide sales training to distributors
