Job summary

KEKO MARKETING (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Senior Export Sales Executive to drive international growth for FMCG brands. You will grow distributors, importers and B2B partners across Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa and South America, and manage pricing, terms and Incoterms in collaboration with global partners.

The role emphasizes new market development, lead generation, and closing deals with multinational customers, while building strong relationships with distributors and retailers

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales or International Business Development.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, closing and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of International Trade and Export Sales processes.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, FOB, CIF, MOQ and international payment terms.
• Mandarin speaking, reading and writing proficiency is required.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, independent, target-driven and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Develop new overseas markets, distributors, importers and international B2B customers.
• Expand Export Sales across Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa and South America.
• Identify and approach new overseas distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers and business partners.
• Generate new leads through market research, LinkedIn, exhibitions, business matching and international business networks.
• Follow up enquiries, quotations, samples and sales opportunities until order confirmation.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and commercial terms.
• Handle export sales discussions involving FOB, CIF and Incoterms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international distributors and key accounts.
• Grow existing export accounts and increase repeat orders.
• Develop OEM and Private Label business opportunities.
