Jayapay, a global leader in payment solutions, seeks a seasoned Business Development Leader in Malaysia to drive merchant partnerships and strategic growth. You will lead a BD team, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with occasional travel to client sites and partners. The role emphasizes negotiation, market insights, and scalable growth in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, account management, or sales.
• Proven experience in team leadership, people management, or mentoring team members.
• Strong communication, commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with merchants and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to drive growth and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project implementation and improve service delivery.
• Lead partner communications, commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and ongoing client management.
• Gather market insights and client feedback to support product improvements.
• Represent the company at business meetings and industry events.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team to achieve objectives.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and manage the sales pipeline.
