XTransfer in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth by delivering cross-border payment and financial solutions to international trade and e-commerce clients. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in trade, e-commerce or related industrial chains.
• Strong interpersonal communication and team coordination.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• English proficiency as working language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and business development with international trade and e-commerce firms, offering cross-border payments and financial solutions.
• Build partnerships with chambers of commerce, freight forwarders, and channel partners to expand client reach.
