Brio Elevators - Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in Malaysia to expand our elevator and mobility solutions footprint. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new markets, and close high-value deals across Malaysia and international markets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in BD or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, builders, architects, and developers.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
• Present innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
