Job summary

Otis SE in Malaysia is seeking a sales professional to drive growth by developing, maintaining, and managing customer relationships with comprehensive account management. The role focuses on elevator sales, service, and modernization, balancing new business with strong after-sales support.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, negotiate deals, and collaborate with field teams to meet targets while delivering superior service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Business or relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Engineering industry.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for a junior position.
• Strong customer and relationships management.
• Service oriented and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver up to the expectation of customers.
• Target focused, able to work in fast, dynamic and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for customers’ inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders.
• Develop sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
• Utilize Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
• Conduct sales negotiations, close deals and ensure timely payment.
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
