Pos Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Business Development Executive (Cross-border) to lead international growth initiatives and expand cross-border client bases in Malaysia. You will identify new customers across international courier, express, parcel and e‑commerce segments, and build a scalable sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

You will also conduct market analysis, craft commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and collaborate across Commercial, Operations, and Finance to deliver end-to-end

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, International Sales, Cross-Border Sales, Key Account Management, Logistics, Courier, Express, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
• Strong international/cross-border sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with established international logistics/courier companies is an advantage.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Strong hunter mindset with prospecting, negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
• Good understanding of international logistics, cross-border shipping, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, presentation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and working across international markets

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute international and cross-border business development strategies.
• Identify and acquire new customers across international courier, express, parcel, e-commerce, etc.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new markets, trade lanes, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Develop commercial proposals, tenders, business cases, and customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing international accounts and develop new revenue streams.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, e-commerce players, and key stakeholders.
• Represent Pos Malaysia professionally in customer and industry engagements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, International Business, Customs, Finance, Digital, Marketing, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.
