Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a B2B Business Development Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to expand regional and overseas markets for advanced functional polymers. You will identify and secure new high-value accounts across semiconductor, automotive, and electronics sectors, and build consultative relationships with R&D, engineering, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in chemicals, electronics, or semiconductors.
Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client visits.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new high-value accounts across the semiconductor, automotive, and electronics sectors.
Formulate territory growth plans to expand market footprint across regional and international target markets.
