Job summary

Hitech Polymer Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking dynamic Sales Executives / Sales Engineers to drive business development for plastics, chemicals, and semiconductor-related materials in Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

The role requires building relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or Business, with 1–3 years in industrial sales; fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; and willingness

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or Business.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred (industrial products / chemicals / semiconductor industries); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel
Possess own transport and valid driving license

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients
Promote and sell company products (plastics, chemicals, semiconductor-related materials)
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities
Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Technical) to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in Malaysia
Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategy development
