Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior B2B Business Development Manager or Regional Sales Lead with manufacturing experience to drive new client acquisition across Southeast Asia and lead project lifecycles from RFQ to SOP.

The role involves identifying high-value manufacturing projects, managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and coordinating with international clients and internal teams, while mentoring a junior commercial member.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in manufacturing.
• Strong hunter track record in acquiring new regional accounts.
• Leadership capability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Experience engaging international corporate clients and managing global accounts.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure high-value manufacturing projects across Southeast Asia.
• Manage complex product lifecycles from initial quotes to mass production.
• Bridge international clients with internal engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Oversee and mentor the daily output of a junior commercial team member.
• Gather market intelligence in automotive and electronics sectors to refine growth strategies.
