Job summary

Orsted invites you to join our Business Services unit in Kuala Lumpur as a P2P Invoice Specialist. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of global supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support stakeholders across APAC, US and Europe.

This 12-month fixed-term role requires SAP and KOFAX expertise, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. You will handle inquiries, monitor SLAs, and contribute to continuous process improvements within our Global

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Good understanding of P2P processes, especially APAC, US, and Europe.
• Experience in a global shared services centre, specifically in P2P invoice operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and KOFAX.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Analytical and logical approach; ability to handle complex issues professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, ownership, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of invoice processing services.
• Ensure financial documents and invoice workflows are accurate and compliant with policies and internal controls, coordinated with requestors, vendors, and business units.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external accounts payable inquiries.
• Resolve discrepancies by working with vendors and internal departments.
• Attend to and resolve issues raised in ServiceNow with effective solutions.
• Support continuous process improvement and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
