Job summary

Orsted Asia Pacific in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Finance professional to ensure global P2P invoice processes are on time and of high quality. You will manage vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices across the APAC, US, and Europe regions.

You’ll join Financial Services Kuala Lumpur, supporting the P2P process and global financial services with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service delivery within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, esp. APAC/US/Europe.
• Experience in global shared services centre, P2P invoice operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and KOFAX.
• Strong communication in English; Mandarin helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality invoice processing services.
• Maintain accurate, policy-compliant invoice workflows; coordinate with requestors, vendors and business units.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external accounts payable inquiries.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Address issues in ServiceNow and implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous process improvements and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
