Job summary

Orsted Hornsea Project Four Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks a P2P Invoice Specialist responsible for global invoice processing and ensuring timely, high-quality service for stakeholders. You will manage vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and drive best practices across regions.

The role requires a degree in finance or accounting, hands-on SAP and KOFAX, and solid experience in a global shared services environment with English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes in APAC, US and Europe.
• Experience in a global shared services centre with P2P invoicing.
• Hands-on SAP and KOFAX experience.
• Excellent English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of invoice processing services.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of invoice workflows with policies and controls.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external accounts payable inquiries.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Address issues in ServiceNow and provide effective solutions.
• Support continuous process improvement and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
