Ørsted is seeking a P2P Invoices Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to ensure timely processing and high-quality service for global stakeholders. You will manage vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements across APAC, US, and Europe with SAP and KOFAX proficiency.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, strong English communication, and experience in a global shared services centre. This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Understanding of the P2P process across APAC, US, and Europe.
• Experience in a global shared services centre within P2P invoice operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and KOFAX.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of invoice processing services.
• Ensure documents and workflows are accurate and compliant with policies and controls.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external accounts payable inquiries.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
• Address issues raised in ServiceNow with effective solutions.
• Support continuous process improvement and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
